The waiters work terribly. Of the five dishes ordered, only one was brought, they could not even bring tea. After more than an hour of waiting, being very hungry, we tried to find out from the waiter if they would bring us what we ordered, THE WAITER SAID THAT WE DID NOT ORDER IT and they would not cook anything because the kitchen was already closed. To all attempts to find out what happened, the waiters said that we were lying and that we had not ordered any of this, shouted and threw themselves at us when we spoke to each other in our native language. When asked to call the administrator, they lied that he was not there and that he was on vacation (spoiler: the administrator was not on vacation and after 10 minutes of shouting from the waiters, he still came) I can say with confidence that this restaurant has the worst service that I...

Very Bad service from the waiters. Unbelivably bad !! To start with, we only ordered a chicken pizza to see how their food tastes. We inteded to order more however, the whole time of our sitting at the table, their waiters kept ignoring us and did not pay any attention when we tried to call them - multiple times. Therefore we had no choice to order more. Therefore, we decided we will have to buy food from KFC/Burger King at the mall. Later, when the bill arrived , I was unable to read the bill as the print ink was very low and there was not good lighting in the resturant. I told the waiter I can't see properly what was written. To that , the waiter started arguing with me for no reason. He was very rude , snobbish and arrogant. I still cant believe how he rolled his eyes at me and simply walked away. Worst Georgian...

While the restaurant had a beautifully decorated space and a patio with a lovely view, the food was disappointing. The spicy chicken and vegetable pasta was way too saucy, it looked like a soup with some noodles, an unbalanced ratio of spaghetti to sauce. The chicken tasted off, both in flavor and texture, and the only vegetable in the sauce was bell pepper. Additionally, the potato side was far too salty and it didn't go with the other flavour combinations. To make things worse, our server never checked on us, and we had to ask the hostess to request the bill.
