Theory Dining — Restaurant in Tbilisi

Very beautiful restaurant, i guess the roof part of it is better but it was a little to hot for us. Downstairs we ordered 2 dishes, we were told it will be a while for the food to come out, but we didnt expect to wait 45 minutes for salmon (without grilled veggies because the grill is only for the roof, and we didnt get a discount or anything else for not having the veggies) And to have to look for a waiter to ask where our pizza is (50 min waiting) because there was no checkup at all! Overall the food was good but we had to eat it in a rush. From what i understood, there was an 18% tip included in each meal which they really dont deserve... We were in a rush so didnt have much time to complain cause the food was so late but again, maybe its a whole diffrent restaurant on the roof but we...

Was a regular customer for 1.5 months. Everything was polite with good food, for which I was grateful. In the evening of 18.12.2022 had a negative experience. There were 3 free tables near the picture, but for Russian-speaking guests the administrator said that there were no seats. The waitress recognized me and talked to the administrator himself and found a table. Next to me in 5 minutes a group of Georgians was seated next to me and they were served at once. We were not even served the menu for 10 minutes and we were completely ignored. I probably won't go...

Extreme wait times (I think we had to wait at least 1.5h for any food to get served) paired with mediocre food quality at best. Place generally feels like a tourist trap - located as close to centre as possible, looking somewhat fancy on the outside yet being pretty bad otherwise.
