Exceptional service! We had a great experience at Al Madina Restaurant, thanks to Mohamad Zohair. Not only did he assist with taking and delivering our order around 11 PM, but he also went out of his way to help us with something completely unrelated to the restaurant. We had forgotten to bring a travel adapter, and since all the shops were closed, we casually asked him if he could arrange one. To our surprise, he somehow managed to find one for us, which truly saved us from a lot of hassle. His kindness, willingness to help, and outstanding customer service made our visit memorable. If you’re in Tbilisi and visiting Al Madina, you’re in great hands with Mohamad....
