Nestled in the heart of Berlin, Koch's Café Haus is a hidden treasure that beautifully blends the charm of a traditional coffee house with a warm and modern ambiance. From the moment you step inside, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and handcrafted pastries wraps around you like a comforting hug.

🪑 Atmosphere: With its thoughtfully curated decor, light wooden furniture, and large windows that let in floods of natural light, this café is the perfect place to relax—whether you’re reading a book or enjoying a slow conversation. Every detail makes you feel at home.

🍓 Desserts: The heart of this café lies in its dessert menu. Homemade cakes, delicate fruit tarts, and gluten-free options that don’t compromise on taste. Their cheesecake is a must-try: creamy, smooth, with a perfectly crunchy base that melts in your mouth.

💁 Service: The staff is simply wonderful. Friendly, attentive, and always greeting you with a smile—they truly go the extra mile. Their passion for what they do shows in every little detail.

In short, Koch's Café Haus isn't just a coffee shop, it’s an experience. Ideal for a sweet break in your day or an unforgettable afternoon treat. If you're in Berlin, don’t miss out on this lovely spot—once might...

I rarely write reviews but this cafe is absolutely wonderful. The staff are so accommodating and lovely. They went above and beyond for us. We visited 5 times in the 5 days we were in Berlin. It really is THAT good! Highly recommend the French Toast Cruffin with fruit and the Strawberry Milkshake. The mint tea is also great, it's served as a loose leaf tea infusion which tastes so fresh. Perfect for cold winter days. You should also definitely try the Pinsa (like a pizza, very nice). The atmosphere is just perfect, especially in the middle of the week. Note that its a busy place, especially at the weekend, and theres one server doing all the work out among the tables (he's so friendly and kind). We could see he was very busy and doing his best to accommodate everyone. His hard work and the work of everyone behind the counter was noticed and very much appreciated, thank you for making our time in Berlin a lovely one! If we are in Berlin again, we will return and will highly recommend your cafe to everyone who...

A little out of the hustle and bustle of Alexanderplatz but still in the bumpin' area, this cafe has a ton of seating and menu options. Whether you're coming here for a coffee in the morning or a beer in the evening (or vice versa, no judgment), you can sit inside or outside and enjoy the atmosphere. There are lots of tables inside and even tucked away in the back, it's very serene with the music and people watching. You can even bring your laptop to do some light work since there's free WiFi (though it is a wide open network, if you're concerned about security). The outside can get busy/packed, but it's worth it to enjoy the first sunny days of spring when Berliners are finally able to enjoy the outdoors without their faces hurting. Pro-tip: wait for the service to come by to order. Don't use the QR code on the table. The waiters are all really friendly and happy to help -- you just might have to flag them down every so often as this place can get busy. All in all, a great spot to hang out...

The best there is in Berlin. As a Londoner living in Germany’s capital, I require a lovely place to crash with a hot drink, relax and focus on my work or enjoy some free time and this is THE perfect spot I can come and kick back. Very ideal to go with friends, family or even by yourself to quite far from the average cafeteria out there. Super quality with much more than just a cafeteria. Very warm, welcoming and friendly staff and atmosphere to sit at the heart of Berlin with a perfect view of the Telephone Tower. Selection of the loveliest coffee, tea, cakes and pastries. I first liked Berlin, now I LOVE IT 😁!!

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and I truly appreciate their positive attitude (rating 5/5 🌟). I tried the New York cheesecake and a flat white ☕️. While the cheesecake was a bit too creamy and lacked flavor (rating 2/5 🌟), the flat white was acceptable, although it was served a bit cold (rating 3/5 🌟). Despite my feedback on the food and beverage, I must commend the staff for their excellent service. I had hoped they might address my concerns by providing a fresh, hot cup of coffee, but unfortunately, that did not occur. Nevertheless, I still hold their overall demeanor in high regard.
