Had a really bad experience at this bar, thought I would come in to have a drink while waiting for an attraction from across the road and had a bit of time on my hands, however when me and my friend first came in there was a lady with red hair giving attitude towards us making us feel unwelcomed, I came in with a bottle of water and she said I can’t bring it in so I apologised and put it in my bag and waited to be served. As we was waiting to be served she ignored us by standing there on her phone and was drinking her drinks while staring at us refusing to serve us. I started coming here for the excellent Diamond tables — they’re the real highlight. Unfortunately, the atmosphere isn’t ideal for serious players: the music is too loud, and when I politely asked if it could be lowered, one staff member responded sarcastically instead. Drinks are overpriced, and while the tables are top-notch, the cues aren’t great (I use my own). Also surprising: they clean the table cloths with a vacuum. Atmosphere and such was good, but ordering was the most ridiculous experience. Nothing visible saying drinks orders had to go through the table request person. The person tracking table request didn't mention drinks orders went through him. Bar staff didn't make it clear who we did have to order from. On top of that the bar staff were confused about whose orders where whose as they weren't the ones taking the orders and there was nothing to identify whose orders were whose apart from...
