TLDR:
Good food, nice environment, terrible staff (at least the staff we encountered), not feeling welcome nor appreciated as guests and felt more like a first in first out experience. Therefore don't recommend the place.

The food was very tasty and the environment authentic but that sums up about everything good about this restaurant.
Maybe it's because we are from the Netherlands thus have different expectations and a different point of view but, me and my girlfriend found the staff to be very uninviting. We sat down for maybe a minute, already our waiter asking us to order a drink. We were asked very frequently if everything was in order which to us felt very unnecessary and more like a regular check up. When I wanted to order a beer the waiter didn't ask me what size since there was the option dor a 0.30 cl, 0,50cl and 1 l, he just gave me a 0,50cl without asking. On top of all of this the waiter removed our plates from the table whilst we were still eating our meals.
Lastly my girlfriend wanted pay, partially with cash and card, upon which the waiter rudely responded with "What do you want to pay for!" eventual we just decided to pay the full amount with card because we felt very uneasy by the waiter's tone
The entire experience felt very rushed and we we felt more like a number rather than guests. Therefore would not recommend...
Read moreWe went here today on a Tuesday evening and had reserved a table the day before. I recommend reserving a table because this place does get quite full in shifts.
The restaurant looks like a stereotypical Tiroler restaurant and the atmosphere is friendly.
We had some beer, the Wiener schnitzel, the cheese fondue and as dessert the Strudel and the Kaiserschmarrn.
The food was okay, but way too expensive for what it was. The Schnitzel was 24 euros and it wasn't a lot of food. The fondue was served with stale bread. The Kaiserschmarrn tasted burnt. The strudel was pretty good.
Worst of all was the ridiculously slow service. I understand it can get busy, but for a main course and dessert we sat at the table for over 2 hours and the server rarely showed up to ask if we needed anything else.
For the area it is in, its probably fun for a drink but there is better food to be had nearby, and for a...
Read moreMy wife and I went here on a Sunday evening to have two beers. We ask at the door: “is it possible to pay with card, even though we only want to drink?” as we had no cash with us. The waiter told us to wait - and he left and asked someone else. He returned to us and told us it was fine (as the place was anyways empty at that time). So we sit down and order two beers and I just confirm with the (different) waiter that we would like to pay with card. “No, only from 20EUR upwards” “well, your colleagues told us it was fine” “Yes, only if you pay more than 20EUR” “Ok, but your colleagues told us it would be fine regardless “ “Well, then you should drink 5 beers to get over 20EUR!”
Don’t go here if you value customer service.
On a side note: I think the beers are not as full as they should...
