I had a nasty experience at your restaurant this past 12 November when I came in for a meal. I was with a friend and we ordered drinks. We both ordered tea, soup and fries with truffle mayonnaise as starters. The waiter brought ONE TEA, gave it to my friend and gave me soup. I asked where my tea was, he said it was coming. In the process my friend's fries came and no tea for me. We also asked for one litre of sparkling water. We ordered our main dishes thinking that my tea will now come with my main dish. My friend was served her main dish and my tea, water nor my main dish came. We called 4 FOUR different waiters and each one of them went to the back and NEVER came back with an answer or food nor the water. The table next to us noticed what was going on because we arrived at the same time and they were served first even though we were seated first. They had to speak to the waiter on our behalf! Your Menu is written in both German and English and I am sure they understood our order! I am so disgusted with these racial biases and I will speak against this. My visit to Düsseldorf was ruined because of how I was treated. That weekend we decided to eat at Wilma both the 11 and 12 November. The incident of the 11th was also disgusting but I let it pass because it was the first time I was at your restaurant! I left without eating, I had to force an apology from the Asian waiter who received the payment! You should be ashamed for segregating me and not serving me like I was there to eat for free. This racist behavior is not for this century! SHAME ON YOU!!! Shame on your for this DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR! I am still having nightmare about this experience!...

I planned a weekend to Dusseldorf to meet some friends and booked a table for brunch for 4 on a Sunday one week in advance. The person on the phone told me the reservation was all set. On the same day of the brunch, a friend asked if she could join so I called the restaurant to ask if I could add one more person to my reservation, I gave my name and everything and they told me yes, they modified my reservation for 5 people (this was about an hour before going). When arriving at the restaurant they told me I did not have any reservation under my name and just left. I had booked the table a week in advance, confirmed and added an extra seat an hour ago, and they just said "sorry you don't have a reservation" and did not bother to try to look and just left to continue their service, completely ignoring me. I had to chase down staff to get a table that I had reserved one week prior.
On top of that the food is very plain and overpriced. Save your money and go...

I ordered the hot chocolate and the big and hearty breakfast.
The hot chocolate was a total let down. It was basically hot milk with a bag of chocolate chips which you have to mix it to create your hot chocolate. I reckoned any instant bag of hot chocolate from any super market tastes the same if not better.
The big and hearty breakfast was your standard affair of bread, ham, cheese, bacon, salad and eggs. (I added an egg) nothing to rave about. Again with a little effort, this is something you can easily put together from decent supermarket ingredients.
Finally, the service staff were impeccable, they were all attentive and provided excellent service. Coupled with the warm and inviting interior, you could sit and relax in this cafe for...
