I bought some food from them twice within two weeks. Unfortunately both orders were wrong. Unfortunately, I have noticed this error only at home. The first order was "take away" ginger beef, when ordering I asked extra, if it is possible to get this dish WITHOUT mushrooms, the unfriendly lady at the cash register said "dss no problem, how to do it WITHOUT ..

Unfortunately, I still got the "ginger beef" with mushrooms.

I have complained to the lady at the checkout and told her that the order is wrong and unfortunately the vegetables are totally cold.

Answer the lady at the cash register, I should go, this dish is always with mushrooms and the vegetables are fresh and warm.

The day before yesterday I tried again to order something, this time "take away" grill chicken box. I explained the lady at the checkout two times please WITHOUT mushrooms .. She answered me "aahhh this no ploblem .. without mushrooms we do ...!"

This time again the same problem !!! I received the order again with mushrooms and again complained .. this time I got as an answer, "I should order the next time properly and not later complain, if I can not I should let that It is not the first time that the order is wrong.

This time I was threatened !! I should rather run away quickly, the boss is coming...

The cashier lady was really rude and raising her voice at us. She got the order we placed wrong and we pointed it to her calmly to please correct it and she resulted to shouting and rolling her eyes at us which was strange because in close to 2years of living in Germany I have never been treated that way. It really doesn’t take an iota of blood to be kind in your speech and attitude towards other people.

It was truly a sad experience. Adding to the fact my husband had food poisoning from the curry meal ordered and we had to call the doctor to come to the house at 4:00am because he was vomiting and stooling...

Great food, good variety, authentic, fast, friendly service, clean. A real gem in the Munich train station. Mix of Thai, Vietnamese food. Ppl running it are Vietnamese. We spent a week in Munich at a hotel near the train station, using the station as a base for many travels (inside and outside Munich).
