Keftepolis — Restaurant in Athens

This was our first culinary experience in Athens, and my husband and I could have been more impressed! The food was so good we couldn’t believe it! It was like Jesus made it. The Greek salad was fresh and delicious with feta cheese and olive oil. My husband had the chicken skewers with french fries and it was like we never had food before. I had the lamb on a stick wrapped in a pita with tzatziki sauce, tomato, and onion. Also, I had wine had beer. With huge helping alcohol and everything, it was only €35! The service was fantastic, very passionate family run restaurant, they brought us complementary bread and chilled water which was a nice bonus.

The food was nice the only drawback for this place I felt was the street it was on was quite busy with motorbikes driving past regularly hard for the owners to control but if you wanted a more intimate romantic vibe this might not be the right place for you.

For people who are overseas, just wanted to point out that some staff aren't aware of other vaccination cards from other countries that are completely valid because visitors can't obtain a green pass.
