A delicious plot twist at the end of our Cretan escape.
Just when our Mediterranean adventure was nearing its final act, we stumbled upon this hidden gem of an Asian restaurant—thank you, Wolt, for being the unexpected hero of our culinary delivery. The only regret? Not finding it sooner.
And here comes the spice: apologies to fans of Greek fare accompanied by the ever-present French fries… this was by far the best meal we’ve had during nearly three weeks on Crete.
🎌 Authentic Asian food served on this sun-drenched island? Yes, and impressively so. I’ve spent nearly a year living across Asia over the past years—so when I say this hit the mark, I mean it with every seasoned tastebud.
Here’s what made our tastebuds dance:
• 🥗 Kaiso Salad: refreshing and vibrant • 🦆 Duck Salad and crispy duck: perfection with crunch and depth • 🍤 Shrimp buns: admittedly oversized, but played well with the salads—a smart pairing • 🥟 Gyoza shrimp: jaw-drop moment! Especially with those fresh slices of green jalapeño adding a snappy kick
We went for takeaway, so I won’t comment on the dining ambiance—but with a few vacation days still in hand, we’ll definitely be reordering.
Huge kudos to the chefs behind this fusion marvel. You’ve proven that top-tier Asian cuisine can thrive under the Mediterranean sun.

Read moreWe recently dined here and, unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While the sushi was decent, the overall service was incredibly disappointing and overshadowed the meal.
From the moment we walked in, the service was a mess. We were seated promptly, but it all went downhill from there. Despite arriving before several other customers, we were left waiting for an inordinate amount of time just to receive menus. To our surprise, people who arrived after us were promptly handed menus and even received their food while we were still left waiting.
When we finally did get to place our order, the waiting game continued. It took an unreasonably long time for our food to arrive, and by that point, our anticipation had turned into frustration. The delay was so significant that any excitement we had for the meal was completely diminished.
The sushi itself was good, but nothing spectacular—certainly not worth the exorbitant prices or the endless waiting. While the quality of the food could have salvaged the experience to some extent, the poor service left a lasting bad impression.
Overall, the service was chaotic, slow, and disappointing. Despite the good food, the lack of attention and efficiency from the staff made the entire experience frustrating and not worth the time or money. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this restaurant to others unless they seriously improve...
Read moreWe spent a Friday evening there which wasn't probably a wise thing to do. The staff was very helpful, kind, professionals. Especially the ladies serving. The food was good, the bao buns very juicy and tasty, the fried rice was crispy and the helping was generous.so the quality and quantity of the dishes was more than adequate. The real problem was the service. Not the staff's professionalism but how fast it was. It took 2 hours to get our food and one dish of sushi was forgotten. First we got the seaweed salad. We were 6 persons. We waited for the other salad, but in vain. The waitress let us know that it would take a long time for the rest of the dishes to come since they have had a large take away order and there was ONLY one cook for the sushi.!! The second salad came an hour later and the rest of the dishes apart from the sushi came half an hour afterwards, one by one, not all together. The sushi came after an hour and one plate was missing. It was a pity cause the girls tried to do their best but you need more people in the kitchen and in the sushi preparation. And a small complimentary dessert is something you should probably reconsider. Sorry for this, i dont mean bad but the customers should...
