On October 21, 2024, around 7am, we visited this Starbucks location. It was a complete disappointment because of the lack of customer service skills of the employee on the photo here. She’s just completely rude and unkind for no reason at all.
We ordered coffee and because we are still suffering from jet lag, we did not immediately specify what kind of coffee we want. And just like that, their employee was completely mad and pissed off. She’s overbearing. This is not a big mistake and can be rectified immediately by asking us what kind of coffee we wanted to order. Being kind goes a long way and she can at least be considerate. If you are an employee in the service industry and you’re miserable, please resign from your job. This is the reason why the hospitality industry gets a bad reputation because of employees like this.
Please do not respond with your standard copy and paste replies of saying we will look into this. Instead, start being mature and kind to people. Otherwise, please close your store and go to school and study right manners and conduct. Maybe then you’ll...
Read moreI EDITED MY REVIEW FOR CLARITY. There was not one customer at the counter when I entered and there was only one barista. I went to the ladies while I thought my coffee was being made but when I went back to the counter there were 4 or 5 people at the counter and the empty coffee mugs were just lining up without coffees being made. This was 10 minutes in and not one coffee had been made. I asked the barista if she was alone and she said there was another colleague who finally showed up. Then the original barista started making my coffee but clearly she was stressed and kept on going in circles and not being able to focus. It was a sure thing to get a terrible coffee so I asked for my money back. The second barista asked for the receipt which I never received due to the carelessness or incompetence of the first barista. They finally did give the money back and I left and will never go back again. This is what happens when a shop doesn’t employ on merit. She put loads of ice in my drink and when i mentioned her she looked at me very angry and just ignored me…. and it didnt even look like on the pic…there was no dragonfruit in it at all and I paid a lot of money for it, for a liquid with coconut milk wth… Terrible service Terrible work Lame drink
