I have been to this restaurant today and it's such a waste of money. The prices are too high. First of all, the place is not clean. The plates were left on the table like that until other person enters into the restaurant and asks for a table. You get a table, and then you have to sit like that for some time. No waitress will even care you and acknowledge your presence. After few minutes you will obviously get tired of waiting and ask the staff for the menu and then they give you the menu. Okay now you have decided on what to order and then you have to keep waiting to order. No one will atleast look at you and come to you to ask your order. You yourself have to call them and order things. Now your order is placed. I ordered lentil soup, 2 chapathi, 1 butter Naan and one Kadai panneer curry. Lentil soup I thing I got it in 20 mins or so. They gave the soup in some different shaped bowl ( it's not a normal soup bowl), and the bowl was placed on a wooden tray. While serving, a good amount of my soup has already been split on the wooden tray, they served it that way. I asked to make it a bit spicy. I felt like they added all the spice they had in their restaurant. Now, done with the soup. I waited almost for 49 mins to get my chapathi, Naan and curry. I lost my patience and again called them again to enquire on my order. Then the waitress went into the kitchen, came out with my order just in 10 secs. Coming to the order, the items that I got were not so hot ( because I think the order was ready, but they forgot to serve the order). The chapathi was ok in taste. The panner they put in the curry was in jumbo triangle size, taste was average. The Naan was hot but it was so fat, I felt I was eating Parota for a sec. Also, main point to be noted is the way they price the items. I ordered kadal paneer and the pricing was separate for paneer, it was 58k idr and separate price for the gravy, its 58k idr. Totally the Kadai paneer costed me 116k idr.

The total price for a lentil soup, 2 chapathi, 1 butter Naan and 1 Kadai panneer was 232k idr which is truly over priced. Just too much.

Also, the staff lack the professional behaviour.

Not at all worthy!! It's just over hyped. I wasted my money. You...

Beautiful food. We like the option and curry! Vegetarian or meat just nice. Staff was great too.

But came back yesterday for a meal with our niece and her boyfriend from New Zealand. Food and staff was great, Basmati rice was cold and dry. At the end they charge us just for 1 rice as an apology. Our kids ordering mango lassie, not available then swapped with cola but not available either, so we asked for a glass with ice because we bring our own reusable bottle to reduce single use and said ok if we get charge for the ice. Staff came and said for a glass and ice they charge Rp10.000 as how much they charge for water. They shouldn't do that, I am a bit disappointed. That is not all, when we nearly finished eating, staff came to ask us to move our car because their supplier is coming, so my husband who just finished eating have to hurry moved the car. They should see that we were almost finished and just wait for a bit. Staff came moving so busy and crowded with items from supplier, dropping charcoal on the floor. Finally went out and seeing the mess outside where the supplier car park right in front of the restaurant. Plastic wrap just leave on the footpath. I think the restaurant should schedule the supplier time a bit better not during restaurant hour. Just showing how bad the management is.

Will recommend this restaurant only for the curry taste and they have a number of good staffs but I probably won't come back unless I am...

We had read negative review on google but still decided to give it a try. Big Mistake!!! Horrible service…not a way to run the restaurant. They need to shut shop and get out of service business. We went at 6.45pm on Tuesday. It was during low season. All tables were empty except one. The person asked whether we had booking and needed to check if there was availability. The inside of restaurant was not hidden and we could easily see that there was hardly anybody inside. Even after couple of minutes, they said they will arrange a table for us. They gave us a corner table where there was no fan and had little light. On asking them to change the location, they said all other tables were reserved and they wouldnt allocate any other table. If it was high rush or waiting, understandable. But when there is absolutely noone inside and it is not peak hour, then why this drama and behavior. What sort of marketing gimmic is this? The restaurant should be happy that they are getting some business. Instead they pushed us out. There are several other good deserving and good tasting restaurants in the area. Will not recommend this restaurant… Hoping that someone from restaurant owner team reads this review and changes their...

Title: A Taste of India in the Heart of Bali! Rating: 5/5 stars We had the pleasure of dining at Queens India restaurant in Ubud, Bali, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, we were treated to exceptional hospitality by our server, Mr. Gulab Singh Khanna. Mr. Khanna's recommendations were spot on, and he helped us navigate the extensive menu with ease. The food was authentic, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Each dish was a masterclass in Indian cuisine, and we felt like we were transported to the streets of India, right in the heart of Bali! The ambiance was cozy and intimate, with traditional Indian decor that added to the overall experience. But what truly made our evening special was the warm and attentive service from Mr. Khanna and the entire team. If you're craving authentic Indian food in Bali, look no further than Queens India restaurant. We can't wait to come back and indulge in another delicious meal! Highly recommended

My husband and I were excited to try Indian food in Bali (we love Indian food!). This place had the best reviews, so we chose it. First thing to note — the menu says it’s a chain restaurant (didn’t know that ahead of time). My husband and I have eaten a lot of Indian food — all across the world. This place was by FAR the worst place we’ve ever eaten Indian food before. We ordered five items, and four of the five were the worst version of that dish we’ve ever tried — worst chicken korma, worst basmati rice, worst naan bread and worst samosa. Aside from the food being bad, the staff also rolled four giant and DIRTY gas tanks across the restaurant right in front of our table as we were eating. That seemed rude and gross. They charge 8% service charge and 10% tax. Our total bill was 451,000. Final say: SKIP!
