The burger was decent enough, but boy, oh boy, the service was as inattentive as it could possibly be. Ordering my food was quick, but once I was done eating it seemed like I turned invisible. My empty plate and glass was sitting on the table for 45 minutes. Two waiters were taking orders and delivering food around me, but no one bothered to clear the table or ask me if I wanted anything else. Please, for the love of god, if you are a waiter, don't walk past a table with dirty dishes on it empty handed *literally* at least three dozen times. If you have the time to hang out at the bar you have the time to clear a friggin table.

All in all very mediocre. The burger was quite big for the price but relatively dry and some of the ingredients were too salty (bacon, jalapenos). Fries and milkshake were tasty but the onion rings were too oily. The pot in which the tap water arrived was rusty on the inside and the ketchup was probably the cheapest you can get. We were seated immediately upon arriving on a Friday evening and the waitress asked a couple of times whether everything was good. Unfortunately we did have to ask for sauce and water a couple of times. Sits are not too comfortable and the whole place feels old with things like the laminated menu.

I ordered Sweet Potato Fries with Cheese, which is not on the Menu and they made it anyways. I really liked that. They tasted good. I also ordered a Guacamole Burger (I don't remember the name). I think the Burger was okay. It looked a bit fancy because of the Logo but I didn't like that the Patty wasn't the same Radius as the Burger. I think they could have put more Guacamole on it too. But it was a pretty good Burger overall. I got told that these Burgers are very delicious, but I think they are a bit overrated. But I only ate one Burger, so maybe the other ones could be better, but I don't know.

As of February 10th of 2024, I entered Bobos as an invitation from my very good friend. He swore this was THE place for burgers and food around (to keep in mind, his food pallet is as bland as a piece of paper and never can I trust him to suggest restaurants alike). Upon entering, we were greeted with an extremely warm welcome of which was rather pleasant. We sat at the window as it was rather full and were quite happy to do so. We ordered our drinks and they were poured quite well and were refreshing. I had ordered the BBQ wings as a starter and the signature "Dubliner Burger" for my meal. Being this was my 1st time here at Bobos, I had very high expectations giving that they pump a lot with advertising and popular online influencers profess their love for the brand, but I was sorely wrong to believe the ads.

My wings arrived and I was shocked and appalled. They had a nice bbq sauce but the wings weren't cooked right AT ALL. Spongy, soggy and season-less. It was as if they were pre cooked by boiling and heated up in the microwave. I was extremely sick in the night with the thought of such a disgraceful dish. To pay €7.95 for 6 wings was a total rip off. God help me if I were hungrier and got the bigger portion. You could go to Woolsheds on a Monday and have HIGH quality wings that would fill you twice over for 10 euro and never regret it the next day (to the owner, you best better try the competition once every so often).

I had the waitress (of which I greatly regret not catching her name) come over and had given her a complaint about the wings and it was as if she had never been in that situation before so she had to go to the manageress and they kindly took the wings (or mush to be precise) off the bill.

I was bricking it with the thoughts of recieving their signature dish. Keep in mind, should you want fries with your meal there is an extra charge (being the burger was already €13.95) which was disgraceful and beyond extortionate. Now for the star of the show, THE DUBLINER. Nothing Dublin about it.

Never have I ever received so much lettuce on a burger before. It was as though I was eating a ceaser salad on a beef burger and thats just the tip of the iceberg (excuse the pun). The tomato was as thick as the table, the beef was hidden, there was a single slice of BLOCK CUT "Dublin aged Cheddar" and a swimming pool of tomato relish, yes, MORE tomato. The top of the bun had a toasted logo of the brand on top and there was no care to the inside of the bun which had no char to prevent the bun going soggy. The bottom bun was so soggy you could drink from it with a straw. Every bite of that sandwich was nothing but tomato relish and it was as if the beef was non existent. If I wanted a salad, I'd go to Lidl for a 3.95 ceaser bowl.

I will not fault the floor staff in any shape or form, they were kind, funny and maintained the upmost quality of professionality I've seen in a restaurant for the longest time. However, the same can't be said for the kitchen. I'm a firm believer in what you present to the plate is how you represent yourself and the cooks didn't do themselves ANY justice which to my heart is extremely sad. Its either they make new recipes or cooking strategies, or maybe look into something they'll be much happier doing.

Shall I be returning to Bobo's? This is an extremely unlikely choice for my behalf and it would be a venue I'd tell my worst enemy to avoid. Overall, very...

Review of Bobo's Burgers Abbey Street: A Taste of Heaven with Outstanding Service

During my recent visit to Bobo's Burgers in Ireland, I had the pleasure of experiencing one of the best burgers I've ever tasted in my life: the Hawaiian. This culinary masterpiece features a juicy, perfectly cooked patty topped with succulent pineapple, smoked bacon, cheese, all nestled in a soft, toasted bun. Each bite was an explosion of flavors, harmoniously blending the sweetness of the pineapple with the smokiness of the bacon and the savory richness of the beef. It's a true testament to Bobo's commitment to using high-quality ingredients and innovative recipes.

Beyond the incredible food, what truly made my visit memorable was the outstanding service provided by Bianca and Laís, members of the floor staff. From the moment I walked in, Bianca's warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a delightful dining experience. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about ensuring that every guest had a fantastic time. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

Bobo's Burgers not only delivers top-notch food but also excels in creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Thanks to the delectable Hawaiian burger and exceptional service, my visit to Bobo's was nothing short of extraordinary. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a memorable burger...

I recently found I probably have celiac disease after many years of bad health. The difference is night and day, and even minor cross contamination seems to trigger negative health effects.

I haven't been comfortable eating out in quite awhile - but due to having a few pints, and good reviews online, I decided to give it a shot.

While the menu was very clear about their burgers having wheat in them, when I asked I was informed they had gluten free buns. Due to my anxiety, I asked the staff to double check the mince was also free of wheat (sometimes a problem), and they confirmed it was.

The waiter told me they couldn't guarantee no cross contamination - again, few pints on me, I decided to risk it.

Oh. My. God. Maybe it's just because it's the first real burger I'd been able to eat in a year, but the food was incredible. I definitely looked like a wild animal scarfing it down - it was so good!

With how sensitive my reactions are, I know the staff put additional effort into reducing the risk for me. Not only were they incredibly sweet (very kindly telling me to not apologise for being a bother, making additional trips to the kitchens to double check it was safe for me, and generally just being very pleasant) but the service was efficient, kind and with good cheer.

Would recommend BòBò's to anyone. Thank you guys for absolutely...
