The place itself is really beautiful and can be called a hidden gem of Dublin. The atmosphere is conducive to a pleasant evening, and live music can be enjoyed in this cozy and luxurious interior. Everything around looks expensive and rich, there is a sense of luxury in the air. However, when we arrived, there were no seats at the tables, so we sat at the bar. We wanted to watch the skill of the bartenders, but unfortunately, instead we had to watch the chaos, a lot of dirty dishes and the bustle reigning behind the counter. In addition, the bar was loud, and we could not enjoy either the music or the conversations. Because of this, we did not want to order a second cocktail, and we quickly left. Although the place is atmospheric, the service that evening left much to be desired.

Fantastic bar in the basement of the Westin. The staff is amazing, particularly Suraj & the Jay. They and the rest of the team really made me feel at home and they made great cocktails. Saturday evening they’ve got live music too. I love this place & recommend it especially if you’re staying at the property. It’s got a coo, hip art nouveau feel to it. You won’t be disappointed with a visit here & they’ll take great care of you!

We like to come in here in for a couple of drinks at the end of the night whenever we are in the City. Nice relaxing place to enjoy a drink & chat. Lovely pianist/singer on a Saturday night. We always loved going to The Atrium Bar here over the years, but unfortunately, it doesn't open in the evenings anymore since the Hotel was taken over, so this is the only bar available, but it is still nice with good friendly staff.

Shocking. The bar is lovely. The staff are nice, but uninterested. We had had to ask for drinks 3 times and when the waiter came to the table they didn't have the drinks and said our drinks where on the way and told us our order which was completely wrong. When the drinks did arrive we had to ask for water again even though we told them 4 times at this point what our order was. When we order another round the bartender wasnt even aware of the drinks on the menu and questioned my partner as to whether they actually had that particular drink on the menu even though we order its 15mins before hand. When we were going to leave no staff were around so we were going to go to the bar to pay, as soon as we put on our jackets a bartender practically jumped over the bar to say we needed to pay the bill even though we were going to go up to the bar to pay. Once they brought the bill it was wrong they were charing us for drinks we didn't even get and then when we questioned other drinks on the bill we were told they didnt have that particular drink on the system, so had to put it down as another drink. Once sorted, we paid and started to make our way to the exit which a bartender then ran after us and said the payment didn't go through due to a connection error with their card machine. Shocking service and not what you would expect from a supposed 5 star hotel. Would avoid...

Service here is abysmal. We came at 3 PM on a Saturday and the place was relatively empty. With that said we stood in the doorway awkwardly waiting for someone to seat us for a while. Then we asked the bartender if we could have a seat at the bar and he rolled his eyes. The drinks are fine and the Westin itself is a lovely place, but I would not recommend this bar to anyone. Specifically the blonde bartender made our experience awkward and uncomfortable (the name tags are too small to read, even when you’re sitting within 1 meter of the person). When the manager finally arrived around 4, he was definitely more attentive. But we waited with empty drinks for 30 minutes before we had to prompt the blonde bartender for the bill. Which he never brought us, even after 15 minutes. So we asked the manager and he gave it to us immediately. The bar has potential when staffed with the right people but we will...
