First and foremost, I thought the atmosphere was great! Lots of energy and the staff really contributed to that. Nice music and a pleasant environment to eat. You seat yourself at lunch time, if there are seats available.

The food is pretty good! It's enjoyable and tasty and hits the spot. It ain't fancy, but nor is it meant to be. For the price, the food is tasty and the portion is generous - no issue there. I would certainly come back!

If I were to be critical, there were two issues that came up - though none detracted that bad from our experience, but still, something to consider for the owners. First is that there is no hot plate. So when food is ready, it's merely placed on a platform - no heaters among it. So when it was picked up 1-2 minutes after it was placed, the fries had already gone completely cold. I can see from other reviews that this isn't an uncommon experience. Second, the chicken parmagiana was tasty - no doubt about it, but I would easily say that half a chicken breast was used to create the dish. Many people would say that this is a little cheap on the protein which is, after all, the primary cost of the dish.

Those two issues aside, I enjoyed the experience here - though I would have enjoyed it more perhaps if these two issues did not exist. I would come back, and I hope it gets even...

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience there yesterday. I was really excited to try their Brazilian food and introduce it to my friends and I really underestimated my expectations. First of all, the wait time between the appetizer and the main course was about 45 MINUTES! The main courses were super COLD and the picanha tasted like chewing gum. To make matters worse, the waiters kept coming to the table asking if they could clear the plates before we were finished. I was literally holding my knife and fork when they came to our table to ask us if we were finished to collect the plates to hurry us up. They were clearly trying to rush us. It was so embarrassing. To top it off, the waiters asked us if we could give one of our tables to someone else before we got our dessert, trying to fit more and more people into the restaurant. This is SO RUDE, INELEGANT AND UNPLEASANT. I would never recommend this place. It was my first and last time. That place is such a demonstration of the "Brazilian way" that we should be ashamed of ourselves. They should close their doors and train all their staff in the restaurant on hospitality standards before providing such...

I was invited for a friend to go to this Brazilian restaurant, at first I didn't want to go, because I thought it was going to be a waste of money. I arrived in Ireland 3 months ago and I'm not homesick of food and I also want to try differents local dishes. So, we have a common Mexican friend and we wanted to show him some Brazilian food. We went to Tucano. There was a short queue and we waited for 15 minutes to enter (be prepared, the restaurant is really small). I ordered a Feijoada, the Mexican guy the same and the other Brazilian ordered a Picanha. The order was served fast, the food temperature was good and the taste was way better than I expected. Off course I've been eaten better Feijoada in Brazil, but this one was really good. I'm gonna come back to try the Picanha and to eat the Feijoada again. I definitely recommend this place.

We went there today to try something else on Easter Sunday after finishing up the GAA match b/w Armagh and Donegal. Ordered Chicken Stroganoff for myself and Vegetarian Stroganoff for my friend as she is vegetarian. Along with that we ordered Guaraná drink. The drink came first and was very refreshing and a different taste. Then our main order came. The one with chicken was amazing and the veg one was nice too however I would go for chicken. The service was quick and we didn’t had to wait for long for our order to be delivered to our table unlike my last experience to the other Brazilian restaurant. I would any day give 5/5 to the taste and service. Then as my friend is a desert fan so, we had to order Pudding which again I won’t regret because it was amazing, in fact, one of the best pudding I have had till date.
