I visited this bar cafe in Como on June 29, 2024, with a friend, looking forward to a nice evening aperitivo. Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The place wasn't crowded, yet it took almost 30 minutes for one of the two young guys running the bar to take our order. This delay was particularly frustrating as it seemed the phone conversation he was engrossed in was more important than attending to customers.

We ordered two beers with aperitivo. After another 15-minute wait, he brought us just the beers without any explanation. Our beers were almost finished when they finally brought some chips. We reminded them that we had ordered beers with aperitivo, but we were never served anything beyond the chips.

When we expressed our dissatisfaction at the cashier, the guy excused their poor service by saying the kitchen was closed. This could have been communicated to us when we placed the order, saving us from the disappointment and frustration.

Como is a beautiful city with many bars and cafes, and as a Google Local Guide Level 6, I strongly advise you to choose another place to enjoy your time. This bar cafe's lack of customer service and poor communication really...

To the young waitress that served us this morning: is not right to give an attitude to customers that want to order. Since you gave us the menus instead of notifying the kitchen is closed until 11. Later, when they try to remind you the 2 things you forgot, (on a 3 items order) is rude to literally flip them off with the hand. Or say something in italian between your teeth the second time. Ignoring us when trying to ask for the bill… or demand my wife to throw the small plastic berry container the kids eat “because it was not from the bar” says everything about you and the service provided. It’s a pitty nobody showed you to answer kindly when spoken kindly. Because people expect you to do your job with decency. Is only normal, it’s your place of work.

Before we left, we told about our experience to what we thought would be her boss. She didn’t care and the young waitress used this to throw yet another tantrum in our way. Really not a place you wanna visit on...

The worst experience of my Life in an Italian Bar! We were in 4 order at the table. outside from the menu: 2 Espresso, 1 Cappuccino, 1 Hot Milk, 1 Pancake (was on the menu), a Croissant and a Toast. The pancake arrived was a Muffin.... when we asked the answer Is brilliant "we don't have pancake on the menu!" The Toast never arrived... and After 15 minutes waiting I decided tò pay and go.... and a miracle happeened the Toast was on the bill (5,00€). When I asked tò refund that amount the answer has been again brilliant "what did you smoke Bro !". If you want tò open a bar start with listening your customer, then try to serve what they ordered and then charge them for what they really had.... And if you make a mistake Say Sorry instead of saying "what did you smoke Bro!" If you want tò have a good start of your day... Choose...
