Didn’t have a good experience. My family and I went there to have some coffee. We’re not sure if it was the owner or manager, he was rude. We spoke to him in a courteous manner but the way he talked to us was as if we were not paying customers and it’s as if he didn’t want us there. He is very arrogant. One example was while we were ordering, my husband asked him if he can sit down while waiting he said ‘no’. He told him to wait for the invoice/receipt before he can take a seat (take note there are no other customers). I mean how rude, are their chairs made of gold?! Bad customer service really, he looks like he is the one running the place, my goodness imagine how he treats his employees. The tone he used with us is really impolite. We went to other cafes in Rome and they were really nice except for this one. I think you’re in the wrong industry man, stop...

2 stars for the bad customer service. The gelato is excellent, one of the best in Rome city center, the locale is nice as well, but the staff (not all though) is rude. One in particular is a girl with a name tag LINA. She was on duty when we picked our gelatos. We gave her our receipt with a nice smile and in a courteous manner but what she gave in response was a unfriendly and annoyed look, as if she was fed up to be working there. I can understand that sometimes people are tired or in a bad mood, but you can’t bring that attitude to work. It’s very unprofessional. We sat in one of their sofas to consume our gelato and the whole time we were there i was observing her. She was not smiling at all to no one and she was very annoyed.
