Not worth the visit — poor service and questionable practices.
We stopped by while it was raining and chose a table outside. When the weather worsened, we went inside — and surprisingly, we were charged €5 extra just for changing seats. That felt unreasonable and borderline exploitative, especially considering we were already paying customers.
The pizza lacked flavor, and honestly, it tasted more like something reheated than freshly made. Our glasses were dirty, with visible marks that clearly hadn’t been washed properly — a basic standard no restaurant should overlook.
The service was equally frustrating. The waiter kept coming back repeatedly, asking if we wanted to order more, which made the whole experience feel rushed and uncomfortable. Once we finished our drinks, we were immediately asked to leave, even though several tables were still free, and other guests were staying without being bothered. There are many other restaurants nearby that treat people with more decency. I suggest...

We came in during the rain and initially sat outside. When the rain started pouring, we moved indoors — only to be charged an extra €5 for the same meal, just because we changed tables. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and, frankly, feels like a violation of consumer rights.
The glasses were visibly dirty, with residue and stains. The pizza was flavorless and uninspired. Throughout our stay, the waiter approached us six times, asking if we wanted to order more — it felt intrusive and rushed.

We ordered two menus, all good (one pizza was wrong, but it was tasty anyways so no problem there. we did not complain about that even if we would be able to). But when we ordered the count so we could pay, they made us wait 10/15 minutes, the place was empty, the workers were doing other stuff. I approached them asking if we could pay, the first girl told me ok, that we should pay in "cassa", ok... they never even told us that. We go to pay, other waiter told us to wait for another waitress. and when the third waitress came, she didn't even look at us, tried to speak english (we were speaking a little italian to make us understood) and with a lot of attitude gave us the count. Really disappointed. In torino we're only having good experiences with everyone, this was out of the norm.
please review your staff, because your place is great, but it's no good to be mistreated. And we could've never guessed how to pay if they never tell us...
