Una garanzia St Thomas esiste praticamente da quando esiste il Quadrilatero. La gestione di Renzo l’ha però portata negli ultimi anni ad un livello superiore tanto di gusto quanto di scelta. Focacce normali, ripiene e farcite così come la pizza tra abbinamenti classici e gourmand, panzerotti (i miei preferiti), spaccatelle, farinata, tutto viene preparato a vista e sfornato ad oltranza dai due pizzaioli e non si rischia mai di trovare un prodotto vecchio già anche solo di poche ore prima. Per quanto mi riguarda posso tranquillamente affermare che fra le pizzerie al taglio storiche di Torino questa rientri senza dubbio fra le migliori e la coda che, soprattutto nell’orario di pranzo parte da fuori, ne è testimonianza.
