I am really trying to set aside the absolute rudeness of one of their personnel -- who judged my attire as not high class enough to be able to afford this place when trying to access their toilet facilities with my son and insisting that I do not "sit" at their restaurant and instead we eat at the adjacent "cheaper" place, thus we cannot visit the facilities, despite telling her that this is the restaurant we have actually selected for our dinner -- and give an honest review of this place. Dear restaurant owners: you are an excellent restaurant at an amazing city brimming with tourists who might have visited you from rather far away, after a long day in the heat without actually having got the change to return to their hotel to put their nice "expensive" clothes in order to look their part and be more fitting at your restaurant. This does not mean we chose your place by chance, or we cannot afford to pay!!! Casual day clothes do not define one's education or status. Educate your personnel to be more polite and if indeed they think that erroneously someone tries to access your facilities from a nearby restaurant, to treat them with more respect, accept their answers and do not OFFEND them. As far as the actual food is concerned, indeed the reviews were accurate and the dishes we ordered were surprisingly tasty, properly seasoned, well balanced and carefully prepared. As a foodie with a keen interest in Italian cuisine I was pleasantly surprised with their tortellini with shrimps and pineapple, a dish that brought out so many flavours. The fact that our son devoured his main course and most of my risotto, is another indicator that their dishes can satisfy even a very demanding taste palette! Last but not least, I have to complement their heavenly desserts! The restaurant has a cozy patio seating area that was quickly packed with customers, so I think that we were very lucky to find a free table without any wait - and no reservation - seeing that this is a Michelin guide restaurant. Their service, setting aside the above incident that nearly had us immediately leaving the place, was prompt...

Hands down the best meal we’ve ever had! 10/10 would recommend! We went there on a Monday during our honeymoon and sat on the beautiful terrace. We were lucky to get a table, so I’d recommend to do a reservation in advance. The service was amazing. Very attentive, friendly and courteous. We had a great waiter who spoke very good English. We shared the beef tartare as an appetizer and my husband had the beef tenderloin and I had the gnocchi. Most tender steak I’ve ever had! They didn’t hold back on the truffle as well! We shared a bottle of the Lugana Ca dei Frati, which I can highly recommend if you like easy white wines. We had a really good Grappa as a finisher and even got a little selection of their desserts for free.

In my opinion, the prices are highly reasonable and are even cheaper compared to German mid class restaurants.

Here’s a refined version of your text with improved flow and clarity:

From the moment you arrive, the warm and attentive service sets the tone for an unforgettable evening. The staff goes above and beyond to make your experience unique, always ready to assist with a genuine smile. They welcome you with a delightful selection of both sweet and savory treats, adding a special touch to the start of your visit.

The food is exceptional—beautifully prepared, flavorful, and even adaptable to your preferences. While it’s not the cheapest option, the quality and overall experience make it well worth the price. If you're looking for a place that values excellence and attention to detail, this is it.

This version sounds more polished and engaging while maintaining your original message. Let me know if you'd like any...
