What a gem in the heart of Osaka! As a Muslim traveler, finding authentic halal food that truly satisfies both the palate and the soul is a rare blessing — and 1819 Osaka absolutely delivers!

Chef Andri, a fellow Singaporean, brings the best of both worlds: rich local Japanese flavours crafted with the finesse of Southeast Asian hospitality. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavour — beautifully presented, perfectly seasoned, and made with such heart. You can really taste the passion and pride behind each plate. We tried their •Roasted chicken with 1819 fried rice- sambal is amazing we asked for extra! Chix is succulent and tasty. •Singapore style prawn peperoncino. Love the kick of spice in this but not too overwhelmingly spicy! Juicy prawns too. •wagyu mini burger extremely tender meat and definitely a must try! • wagyu short rib rendang with rice OMG its authentic taste is just superb. I had to eat it slowly to savour each bite.

Hard to name our family's fav because all that we tried is just our favourite.

The ambience is warm and welcoming, and the service is exceptional — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Chef Andri himself even came by to greet us, which made the experience even more special! And he is such a friendly, genuine man. Love love this place and the less is more concept equipped with musollah ( not only exclusively for their diners but also for any muslim who would like to use it.)
