There I was, hungry and desperate for a morsel, and full of fear since my fiancée, who had accompanied me, was equally hungry, if not more. While scouring the shopping street for some scraps, we stumbled upon Kang Fu Ramen and for a moment, the time I spent in Shanghai back in 2015 flashed before my eyes. I was moved by divine power to give this place a try. I was not disappointed. The signature beef ramen was sublime to say the least. The broth was watery but rich. Above all else, my life was spared as my fiancée was satiated, something I pray to God for daily.
