Oyakodon heaven! Chicken meat was tender and went really well with everything. Eggs were silky smooth and the fresh yolk was amazing. Got the 極上親子丼(Gokujyō Oyakodon) for ¥1,600 that came with extra aburi chicken pieces. Slight increase in price (the original don is ¥1,100) but very worth it IMO ^^ From the menu it seems like they have a lot of other good food as well with courses and all that. No English menu tho~

It really feels like the chef just threw in all the discarded bits from his prep into my bowl. Do not recommend. Service was also inconsistent and terrible. No tea served for me, when there’s a tea cup placed on every table around me.

This place is such a pleasant surprise - we picked this place since the ramen place we planned to visit has a long line, so we ditched our plan and went here instead. Great spot for a family group of four like us. And the rice is just surprisingly delicious with runny scramble egg and coal burnt flavour infused! Strongly recommend you try it out!

It really feels like the chef just threw in all the discarded bits from his prep into my bowl. Do not recommend. Service was also inconsistent and terrible. We were given a table for 2 at the corner/end and were excited as we loved oyakodon. Similar to others’ review, the cleaning environment isn’t the best, the table had a strong bad odor of stale alcohol and urine.

Asked to change a table due to the odor, and was referred to the older male employee. He lost his patience, said “no” then “wait” and was visibly very irritated. My nose could not handle the smell, hence we...
