Worst service ever in Japan! We are paying 8390 Yen per person for this crab buffet. 1.Sushi has very bad fish quality. Tempura are cold. No staff at all care how many plates you have on table and no one clean up for you. Crab is not fresh, it is blend and cold.
No wonder no local comes here, only tourist, and we are one of those tourists who got fooled to come. It is the worst, please no one get fooled again, it is also ashamed that Japanese staff and services are known to be excellent got completely drawn down by this restaurant.
The staff just put you there and completely ignore you. We regret from coming in. Totally disgraceful!
We were told their last order is gonna be 9pm but they are clearing up before 8:45pm. They have time to clear the buffet table but no time or even bother to clear our table at all. We have dishes piling up so high and they do not care.
This is really bringing the average standard...
Read moreCame across this place by chance, after claiming our VAT refund for purchases at Daimaru. The price is very reasonable for the location, range and quality of food provided. Not uncommon for guests to keep refilling their plates with crab legs only. Great value for money, excellent food and staff service, will definitely be back when we next visit Tokyo. Tips: Skip breakfast and come with an empty stomach for early lunch at 11am. Avoid drinking much tea/water during lunch, reserve limited stomach space for expensive and delicious food items. Select crab claws for more meat, when available, usually first to go when crab plate is refilled...
Read moreReally, really nice place. The location is great and the atmosphere is very nice. At first glance the options are limited but I soon found that some things we're so nice that I quickly filled up. The salads are limited but the dressings were really nice. I kept going back for more! And the desserts were limited but really nice. The make your own Japanese desert was fun and nice enough that I kept on going back for more. The strawberry shortcake was amazing. I don't know how many pieces I ate! Alas. The food was okay. The pizza, Japanese pudding, tempura, etc we're okay. But my wife said the miso soup was really nice. I like the rice but didn't know to eat it with. However for crab lovers it is great since they have some really good crabs. All in all, for 2600 yen per person it was a really...
