A horrible experience here on 12.12

We made reservation through SAVOR Website 1 month before and got many confirm Emails also, arrived 25min before today, but they cancelled our Reservation without any reason and noone could explain the reason of this situation at all

That website required VISA card for NO-SHOW, but they worked and communicated with their customers in this way and they told us, that we must have to wait for 1:30 hours for that🤦‍♂️

Thx for that UNCOMFORTABLE experience in ASAMI, but that was really unprofessional, SAVOR and...

I was craving for Tai Chazuke (snapper sashimi over rice) and my go-to restaurant Uchiyama was fully booked so I decided to try this one out. Reservation was pretty easy over the phone so I had higher hope. However I had very disappointing experience here. Rice was cooked very poorly to the point some rice was broken and tasted really bad. Potion is gigantic, but not very sophisticated for high end traditional Japanese restaurant. Service was also not great either. I understand they are busy at lunch time but Waitress lady was pretty rude....

4 of us tried the ¥1800 lunch taizasuke set. Simple but amazing taste. Tai sashimi dipped in fragrant sesame sauce. U may pour tea over the rice with the sashimi inside and eat it. This is definitely a different type of lunch! Classy yet homely. The zenzai ( red bean with rice balls dangle) dessert is the best I have eaten so far. Portion is just nice. Additional rice is...

Potion is gigantic, but not very sophisticated for high end traditional Japanese restaurant. Service was also not great either.
