Gumbo & Oyster Bar - Lumine EST Shinjuku — Restaurant in Tokyo

I've eaten oysters from many different countries. Most of them were from Europe and other countries, but this was my first time to taste oysters from Asia (Japan). I ate oysters from Hyogo Prefecture this time, and I felt that most of the oysters, big or small, tasted better than European oysters. The toppings, such as wasabi and soy sauce and yuzu kosho (Japanese citron and pepper), were very Japanese and worked well with the natural taste of the oysters. My recommended topping is wasabi and soy sauce.

Also , The quality of the waitress is also high, and every time I see a waitress to order, she comes up to our table and starts taking our order. I was very impressed with the waitress that you can only find in such a high class restaurant. Hidden on the 8th floor in the shopping areas of Shinjuku station. Very good sea food (mostly evolving around oysters) for a very fair price. I took my girlfriend there, who has this thing where she likes oysters ever since she was an infant, and these oysters at this place totally passed as "really good". So I'd recommend it. The vibe is good, clean with care for a casual to fancy atmosphere. The staff was very on top of their game and friendly. Food is good, but service of staff is the worst I ever seen, ordered 6 piece of oyster but it never came, waited 45 mins, asked a female staff and she said it was preparing, after awhile asked other the staff and he said all order have arrived, but its not the fact, they missed my 6 pieces of oyster😂 It was an "All you can eat" course and the staff there are definitely not trained. Explained to 2 staff in English and Japanese but nothing helpful was provided, please consider again before going to this restaurant.
