午後7時に来ましたが、韓国人のお客さんは1人だけでした。多分、食べ物がまずいのはみんな知っているでしょう? あのローストダックは今まで食べた中で最悪だった。 私は香港人として、30年以上ローストダックを食べてきました。ローストダックがまったく新鮮ではないことは知っています。
女性オーナーは「シェフは全員香港出身なので、一度味わえば本物だと分かりますよ!」とも話していました。
しかし、ご覧の通り、鴨胸肉と他の部位には明らかな違いがあります。鴨胸肉は冷凍鴨胸肉を購入し、マリネしてからオーブンで直接焼いたものです。鴨を丸ごとローストしているわけではありません。 それは許してあげるけど、鴨の胸肉は冷凍なのよ! 冷蔵庫から取り出したみたい! そしてアヒルの翼のその部分は薪を食べているようです!
小籠包の皮はとても厚く、全く汁気が出ません。セブンイレブンの小籠包の方がもっと美味しいです。
リブだけは比較的普通でしたが、味はひどく、肉の食感も味も全くありませんでした。 全体的にソースの味がする

The skin of the xiaolongbao is very thick and completely juiceless. The ones in 7-11 are even tastier than this one.
