I've been able to experience omakase at Sushi Dai twice in my life (different seasons highlight different fish) and this is easily the best value to quality set you can get bar none. Situated in walking distance of the Tsukiji Fish market means you will get the highest quality sea food. There is an unquestionable amount of freshness that comes with each cut. You can see it in the vivid colors and execution. Even as the sushi chef slams the clam on rice down it begins to move only to just be momentarily devoured. You end the set with whatever you want, name it and if it's available it's yours. There isn't a single bad cut. Some kind gentleman gave me lots of sake, the people chat together, you're made to feel welcome. It's a place that is just as much about the characters you meet in there as well as the staff.
