Read moreLet me tell you a little secret. If you ever find yourself in Ginza, you’ve gotta check out this unagi restaurant on the 11th floor of Mitsukoshi.
I got there just before 11am, and there were already a few people ahead of me. The place hadn’t even opened yet! They had some small chairs set out for folks waiting, which was a nice touch.
The staff were on it—checking in with everyone in line, making sure we were comfortable. That level of service goes a long way.
