YGF Malatang - Ginza — Restaurant in Tokyo

I was holding my bowl & a pair of tongs to choose the ingredients at the counter & one of the Chinese waiter came to the counter , just took my tongs from my hands WITHOUT ASKING, started arranging the ingredients then nonchalantly gave the tongs back to me. I swear i haven’t seen such kind of manner & service anywhere in Japan, whether it’s a Chinese or Japanese or Italian restaurant. So fast forward , after I paid , me and my friend chose the table where the previous customers started leaving and an old Chinese lady started to wipe the table . When we approached, the lady curtly shouted NANI?? I was giving back her a look like DUH I’M HERE TO SIT AND EAT but she shooed us away & made us sit at a very narrow table near the staircase where people came in and out incessantly. Such a place full of crappy and lousy-mannered waiters 👎 I’m never going back...

The taste is average. Not that wow and not bad. But considered that Japan does not have much malatang, this place is very convenient. I ordered level 4 but tasted no difference from level 3. Also very pricey. The location is great, close to subway Ginza line. The service varies. Last time I visited and received service drink because my bill exceeded the exact amount (that i don't remember), but the latest time I didn't get any service drink. The cashier also does not appear to be friendly...

ついに大行列が絶えない銀座店に潜入できました‼️遅いランチに3時少し前ぐらいに伺いましたが、待ち１人でした❤️ 通しで営業されてますから午後3時〜5時が比較的空いてます。

具材は70種以上から、好きな具材を選んで自分だけのオリジナル麻辣燙を作っていきます。 100g400円になります。

透明な大きなボールに、トングで選び、 お肉、野菜、麺、餃子など様々な種類を選びます。日本では珍しい食材も楽しめます。

スープは麻辣、牛骨、トマト、激香ラー油 の4種類などから選びます。私はトマトスープが好きですが、 麻辣の辛さは4段階から選べます。 数十種類のスパイスと薬膳をブレンドしたスープには発汗作用もあるので、代謝アップやデトックス、美容に良いので、お客様は女性100%でした‼️

春雨と、麺が種類豊富で春雨マニアには、たまりませんよ❗️ 米線、タンミョン、ブンモジャ、さつまいも春雨、牛すじ麺、とうもろこし麺、刀削麺、中太春雨、インスタント麺、糖質オフ麺まで。

湯葉や、干豆腐も、ひらひら極太ヘルシーで、おすすめです。 「揚げパン」や「鴨の血」など、なかなか珍しい変わり種もあるので、気になった方はぜひ挑戦してみてください！

私が好きなベスト3は、 米線、中太春雨、白キクラゲです。

今回初チャレンジトッピングの 豚軟骨と、卵焼き、昆布、山クラゲもレギュラーになりそうな美味しさでした‼️

本場中国の店員さんが親切で、お客様も中国の方が多め中国語が飛び交う本場感が楽しい

何回か行くうちに、100g感覚がだいたいわかりました。 今回は初めての具材を色々えらんで、合計 1648円。春雨系をかなりたくさんの種類えらびましたが、次回は種類を絞ってもいいなと思いました。 名付けて、【より、トマトスープと春雨をシンプルに味わう作戦】

量り売りスタイルで、ボウルをレジで測っていただき、1000円分を超えると、麺を80gさらにサービスしてもらえるので、お肉など多めに選んだ方はお得🉐

トッピングが増えて、小口ネギと、ネギ醤油がふえてました！ 麻辣やニンニク、黒酢などの調味料もセルフで用意されていて、紙エプロンも用意されています。

会計を済ませると、お店の方が大きな鍋で煮込み、7分ぐらい待ってると、持ってくれる中国のローカルジャンクフード❤️
