The Chicken Rice Shop Suria Sabah — Restaurant in Borneo

i strongly do not recommend to my friend and any of my family to visit or purchase any product from TCRS Suria Sabah. on 17th Dec 2019 (Tuesday) my mom and I went to TCRS that is based in Suria Sabah Kota Kinabalu. as i arrived to the outlet, we were treated and given a menu. after we placed the order, i noticed that the worker took too long to serve our meal. that was not only that, we were given a bad treatment from one of your manager (female) as she shouted at us and saying "Kak nanti lepas saya serve diorang, saya serve kamu ah. bergegar sudah tangan saya ni mau marah". what i truly dissappointed was, we had actually done nothing to cause the manager to shout at us. all i do was i keep looking at the staff that was going in and out just want to make sure that they didnt forget our order. i just stared at the staff since im afraid that my mom would have her gastric out at the moment. during the event, only i myslef noticed the manager clearly got mad and raised her voice towards us, what i did was i tried to distract my mom by keep talking to her like nothing happened so that she wont notice the rude action from your manager. and sadly, there was no apology from your manager. this is truly dissppointing and i will not be visiting TCRS Suria Sabah for the second time. i really hope that you and your team will not take this lightly to improve your service. look forward to hearing from you soon regarding this matter or i will write a letter of complaint to your HQ....

the food was amazing love it, especially the tofu meat ones. i liked that one! the only problem i have is, my experience of ordering there was not pleasant it was rather bland and the waiter seem uninterested with us, might be because of tired or something but still ruined my first ever experience in chicken rice shop. although the food was amazing i was not able to enjoy it fully as some of the order i wanted did not get listed down by my waiter. in results, food that i wanted to try was not being served by me as the waiter had forgotten or missed to list it down while i was saying my order (mind you, i said it loud n clear) my recommendation is that waiter should double check the order to make sure the customer experience is fulfilled. i hope this will be fixed soon. again.. food was amazing just the...

My worst nightmare in the restaurant. The.service is getting worse and.very bad management. Have to wait long in the Q because they let the customer to pick the menu while in the Q. It is NOT practical & causing backlog. You know that we all take time to choose what we want. The worst thing.was when the staff dropped the glass on the floor and the drink splash on my skirt NOT.even say sorry to me. Most of the table are not tidy. Food is terrible. Roasted chicken very DRY. My.coke 70% filled up with the ice. Dish served NOT.as advertised. Nyoya Pai Tee so hollow. By the time i finished my dinner, more than 10 people are in Q.
