哎呀, 对他们的 makanan 期望 terlalu tinggi了. Mereka punya 红酒砂锅面线 memang terkenal, tapi 结果 hanya biasa saja, 材料也是普通, harga 反而不 biasa, 真的是贵到飞起. FenGanDan special hanya tambah beberapa biji bebola ikan dan bebola daging, tapi portion masih sama seperti biasa, 没有特别的东西. 不过, 炒米粉 memang bagus, 有那种“哇, ini lah rasa yang saya cari”的感觉. Tapi secara keseluruhan, 确实有点失望, mungkin mereka hanya terlalu diangkat oleh 名气.

Fried KueTiaw😀😀😀💸7 Fikir kali ini 回来这里 nak order itu banyak orang order punya claypot 红酒米粉汤, tapi burit gatal, minta sama boss nak 炒粿条。结果上来的时候, itu hijau langsung tak nampak ler, 是不是厨师对vegetarian有仇啊？Saya punya kuetiaw goreng 连葱花和韭菜都没看到。整道菜看起来就像kuetiaw hitam. itu rasa pun 不是很香和好吃。Cara goreng pun tak sama dengan luar，di Miri semua 炒粿条 kering akan jadi basah lepas tambah dengan 炒猪肉的 gravy sebelum hidang, tapi ni boss tak, kering saja sampai belakang。那个肉也少得可怜, RM7 的分量有点 mahal boss.

KueChap😋😋😋😋💸8 Fried BaiGuo😋😋😋😋💸8 FenGanDan😋😋😋😋💸6 Originally planned to eat somewhere else, but the crowd at the neighboring shop drew me in. Observing the food on the tables, we decided to order fried BaiGuo, KueChap, and FenGanDan. I was impressed with the softness and tastiness of the fried BaiGuo; it looked clean, yet had a strong charred aroma and a nice chewiness. The Kue Chap broth was savory, and the meat and intestines were clean without any off-putting smell. However, the sambal condiment was strong with a belacan taste, which isn't to my liking. Surprisingly, the FenGanDan, though not visually appealing and different from the usual reddish broth, had a yellowish broth with a strong yellow wine aroma that gave a kick to my taste buds when I slurped the noodles with the soup. The highlight here was the FenGan, or Hongan. Unlike the usual short and spongy noodles, these were long like typical noodles and cooked exceptionally well, offering an splendid mouthfeel. The pork slices, egg, and ginger elevated this dish to another level of dining...

A typical Miri coffee shop serving simple and easy food. Ate here, tried the Kolo Mee & Kolo Mee Merah and Mee Suah, which is not too bad. The Mee Suah was nice, kolo mee also ok. Price is cheap too, around RM4.50 for noodles. Drink also ok.

I came a little late, about 1.30pm, and luckily, the noodles are still available. Most places, by 1pm, nothing left. Plus it was a Sunday, and there were very few people here. However, I like these kinds of underrated places as they are realistic.
