This Cantonese restaurant offers good food. It has morning dim sum and afternoon zhu char session. I'm glad to have tried a bit of both worlds. I ordered a red rice chee cheong fun, pig knuckle with sea cucumber, silky smooth egg char hor fun and a Malay style ginger fried chicken. We can all agree that food was pretty good. The red rice chee cheong fun is a must try. It's has very smooth and soft skin, and generous filling of meat and crunchy prawn bits. So many layers of flavours and texture. The hor fun has good wok hei, the egg is silky smooth, and all the ingredients are so fresh. The ginger fried chicken lacks depth, like a normal fried chicken plus fried ginger slices on the side. The ginger was thinly sliced and fried to a crispy chips. Pork knuckle with sea cucumber is good and comes in a good portion. It's flavourful. We also ordered a 'ä¹ä¹ē®', basically like a popiah skin to taste. This wasn't very good. It somehow tastes like chapati. The strong flour taste is off putting.
Overall the food is good, we enjoyed our lunch there. Price is a little steep for this setting. Maybe the interior deco doesn't look like super high class restaurants. Don't get me wrong, it's really comfortable and cozy. Maybe I expected more with the price. The service is good, service crews are attentive and responsive. Toilet is clean and dry. I appreciate that they provide hand wash at all sinks. Parking available in front of the restaurant is free of charge...

We ordered Siew Mai, Or Kok, Red Skin Chee Cheong Fun, Char Siew Pau, Nor Mai Fun, Har Kaw, Char Hor Fun, Har Kin, and Pee Tan Moi (Century Egg Congee).
We like their Har Kaw (Prawn Dumpling), Har Kin (Crispy Seafood Roll), and Or Kok (Yam Ball).
What we don't fancy is their Siew Mai which have a very strong porky taste.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreDim sum is a Cantonese of light lunch so I decided to try it here. This restaurant prides itself on making dim sum fresh and I think good cos most other dim sum eatery have them ready right in front of you. Maybe thatās why it took the kitchen more than half an hour to prepare our 5 dim sum. š. Ordered three rather unusual items like the steamed fish dumpling, duck meat sesame bun and crispy red skin chee cheong fun. Each one is really unique as I havenāt eaten them before. Am glad Iāve tried the lunch here and hopefully will come back with more people one...
