We were lucky to get an 8-seater table shortly after we were seated in 2 tables. The communication between staff was great and they arranged everything for us promptly.
Grapefruit Frappe - I had this and it was v refreshing and a nice palate cleanser for when the food gets too cloying!
Breaded Chicken Bolognese - Not bad! Not a fan of tomato-based pasta so can’t comment much 😆
I like that you could taste chunks of tomatoes inside!
Truffle Spagetti Carbonara - Love this! The sauce has the right amount of truffle taste and creaminess!
Chill & Wheel Chips - Fries, sweet potato fries and potato wedges, all good but my favourite is the sweet potato one! These came w sriracha mayo!
Charcoal Hawaiian Pizza - Didn’t know it’s thin crust, haha I like my pizza base doughy, but also nice lah.
Wheeler’s Big Breakfast - This was okay, can skip. Had wanted to order the Smoked Duck Benedict but it went out of stock while we were ordering! Would definitely come back again to try that.
Spicy Crumbed Squid - Nice on its own and also nice w the sambal belachan which packs a punch 🔥
Cheese Quesadilla - Best dish, favourite dish. So good w the dips too. 流口水 thinking about it 🤤
Our bill came up to MYR320+ for 8pax which was pretty affordable! Food and service were both good, no wonder it has an average rating of 4.4 stars w 2.2k reviews. Totally...

The establishment is in a heritage lot which is narrow and long, and as far as I can tell, they've preserved the rustic look of the walls which I love. Not many tables are available downstairs as the kitchen and bar takes up most of the space, but thankfully there are additional tables on the 2nd floor which is accessible via a narrow staircase near the rear of the building. There is also an unused spiral staircase in front which may have been blocked for safety reasons.
The menu consists of mainly western fare with a variety of English breakfast, pastas, pizzas, fish & chips and a Wakanda Burger (yes, there's only one burger on the menu, so I'm calling it out by its name). There is no one thing in my group's order that stands out above the others, but everything is immaculately presented, and taste is above average.
Great place to have a meal with family and friends, but be aware that there's always a queue during mealtimes and the queue can get pretty long on weekends. There's a limit of 1 hour and 30 minutes once seated which makes sense to ensure that dining customers are not keeping other customers waiting unnecessarily. You're encouraged to make reservations ahead of time to avoid...
