Visited on a weekday after my lunch and was quite surprised the shop was empty there were no customers. The moment I walked in I could see the display of pastries right beside the entrance. There were only 3 different types of pastries but were available in different flavours. I asked the staff to recommend me something to try and she told me to try the swiss roll. The blue one looked interesting but it felt kinda weird with coconut flavour for me though I like blue items so ended up opting for the raspberry chocolate one. I thought one Swiss roll would be enough but I ended up ordering the special looking creme caramel just for the gram. Added a drink matcha latte to the order. First talk about the surroundings of the cafe. Not many seats on the ground floor, more upstairs. The seats upstairs looked more comfortable but it wasn't open guess due to the low volume. The seats on the ground floor looked kind futuristic but not comfortable to sit on. First came the raspberry chocolate Swiss roll. It was pretty decent and I quite liked it. Not too sweet, and the cream was pretty light. I would say quite a good dessert after meal. The matcha latte was quite ordinary very typical nothing to shout about. The last creme caramel is definitely bought for the theatrical presentation of it. It looked like a mysterious pastry hidden under the caramel. Looks nice, but need some effort to break the caramel web to get to the creme. Nothing special it just tastes like a normal flan to me. Not exactly that cheap though. Interesting experience but left me quite bewildered. When I finished and was about to leave, the staff disappeared as well and I was the only person in the shop and had to leave quietly. Price wise is pretty OK I recommend the swiss roll and can skip the...

don’t ever visit this cafe if you guys are in KL. The man in the pic seem to be one of the staff because he was chatting with the staffs casually. There’s absolutely no tables left and the only seat available was near the entrance and it was extremely uncomfortable so we approached the man to ask for his stool. He was sitting on the bench and not touching the stool at all. We asked him nicely if we could take the stool and he replied us with “can’t you see it’s pretty obvious that I’m using it” with a disgusted face. The 2 staffs behind the counter saw the commotion and asked him in Chinese why he scolded us. He replied with “I can scold even worse things”. Mind you we are paying customers. Ain’t sure who this fella is but he seems to be pretty close with the staffs and they laughed it off casually.

The blackpink cake was super dry and the match we had tasted like plain milk with a...

Sadly it’s style over substance. The pink black cake with raspberry and charcoal was only so so - the outer sponge was chewy and had so much charcoal in it that it felt sandy - unpleasant mouthfeel, the raspberry layers had too much gelatine. Big minus on all the textures, flavour was ok, I liked the raspberry flavour but not amazing. Latte tastes ok but was only warm not hot and size was small for the price. Seats are uncomfortable to sit but worst in terms of atmosphere was that there was different music competing from the upstairs bar and the cafe - like in one of those horror movies 😅. 3 stars for atmosphere because it’s really stylish - lots of people clearly going there because it’s instagrammable. Staff was ok but not very friendly and coffee wasn’t hot eventhough there weren’t many people...
