Stadthuys Cafe — Restaurant in Malacca

To be honest, the place is beautiful and I think not many people discover it, because it's quite hidden. When we came in we were greeted by such wonderful smell of butter cookies.

Regarding the food, there's a lot to be improved. When I came last year, the food was great but during my recent visit i ordered banana waffle and the waffle is already pre-baked and cold and it is very hard to cut..it is so annoying that a place that bake fresh cookies only reheat their waffles and it was not hot and fresh. It is very hard. I would suggest you guys to make fresh batch each time..

Really a nice place to chill and rest after walk around the Stadhuys museum. A small cafe with a huge potential to grow. It's really a hidden gem in Malacca. We try out few item in the menu and all taste so good and delicious. Really recommend to try out the banana muffin, choc chip cookies, the croissant sandwich (I pick Salmon Croissant Sandwich) and their fresh brewed coffee. The staffs are super friendly and really top notch 5 star services. Will be back again here for sure if we go back to visit Malacca. See you again soon "The Little...
