Trying to resolve the issue was even worse. I was redirected to a so-called “customer service hotline” that either doesn’t work or leads nowhere. No one answers, and you’re left completely stranded with no support. It feels like they simply take your money and then disappear.
To make matters worse, the restaurant was closed when I tried to contact them again – meaning there was absolutely no way to get what I paid for, nor any form of compensation, refund, or accountability.
