I have never experienced such a poor and unprofessional level of service as I did with Pizza Hut in Kuala Lumpur. I placed an online order, paid in full, and only received part of what I ordered. No explanation, no follow-up, nothing.

Trying to resolve the issue was even worse. I was redirected to a so-called “customer service hotline” that either doesn’t work or leads nowhere. No one answers, and you’re left completely stranded with no support. It feels like they simply take your money and then disappear.

To make matters worse, the restaurant was closed when I tried to contact them again – meaning there was absolutely no way to get what I paid for, nor any form of compensation, refund, or accountability.

This is not just bad service – it’s careless, shameless, and deeply disrespectful to customers. Pizza Hut is a global brand, and this kind of behavior is unacceptable. If you’re thinking of ordering from them in KL, think twice. You might end up hungry, frustrated, and...

It’s really a bad experience my visit to quill mall Pizza Hut restaurant today.I had ordered 2 personal pizza to take away. At the first place, the front liner staff has not asked my name for the order. After a while another guy came ask for my bill. I gave it to him and he gave me the pizza to take away. After I step out the restaurant, I noticed it’s was two regular pizzas in my bag. I went to restaurant again in order to return it back.
