I recently visited 4Fingers, and the experience did not disappoint. I love their menu selections and its taste. Delicious compared to other korean fast food chains with reasonable price too. However, this Chick & Cheese Burger set was slightly below my expectation as you can see in my photo, there's barely cheese sauce in there. They put 'Cheese' for the name but not much cheese in it, like, what's the point? And not as advertised as well. Customer service on the other hand, need to improve a lot more. The cashier was not friendly and quite impolite since she's the front of house. She seemed annoyed when i couldn't hear what she was saying and need to repeat the question which was just a one time repeat and when i say "thank you" at the end, she replied with "mmhmm" instead of a simple "you're welcome". Other staff also couldn't be bother if customers coming in not taking temperature or do a check-in and even not practicing social distancing. They didn't even asked customers to wait to be seated when it was full inside the premise. The customers need to check and look for tables by themselves while there were bunch of staff...

There is a massive difference of service and quality that this branch offer unlike the ones in NU Sentral and BTS! I ordered for a takeaway, and it took more than 30mins for the food to be ready but I noticed people who order after me (Q was after my order), got their meal first. So I was wondering if they priorities dine in customers first than takeaways? But when I questioned the staffs a few time, one of them said that they follow by order (as when we order, it's in the right queue. So I was told to wait another 3 more orders then the person preparing my food said that they don't have drums (I ORDERED THE 6 PC MIX ) and that I needed to wait for it to cook, hence suggested that I took all wings.
