Beachstro — Restaurant in Malé

Food: We took the triple cheese burger and the Hawaiian chicken rice. The triple cheese burger was really delicious and worth the price tag. I would recommend it for someone who loves burgers and is disappointed with local spots that have bad burgers. The meat was juicy, cheese was burnt to perfection and the caramelised onions tasted pretty sweet as well. The meat to bun ration was pretty solid as the burger didn't disintegrate the whole time. The only downside was that the burger was too greasy (maybe due to the butter), but it's gonna be either good or bad for u. But i'd still take the triple cheeseburger during my next visit. fries were fresh and seasoned well. The Hawaiian chicken also tasted really great with a good portion of rice and proper chicken bits.

Service: Service was really great, they were attentive and did not mix up our orders and very welcoming. Wish they turned on the fan where we sat.

Atmosphere: During the night, pretty chill tbh, but it was a bit hot even with the fans.

Heading out for another weekend breakfast treat we opted for Beachstro located on the beach road in Hulhumale. Have to give them credit for a great play on words for the name of their restaurant/cafe! Modern decor with a small AC dining area and the remainder of the seating pleasantly cooled by fans. The blue and white theme, together with the shutters on the open windows creates a nice 'seaside' ambiance. The Maldivian breakfast was really good and filling. Top marks for presentation and also no plastic water bottle!
