It is an excellent subcontinent restaurant. Tasty food and reasonable prices. The staff is friendly atmosphere is clean and WiFi is free and with good signals. We enjoyed a tasty Pakistani foods after a long during our 17 days stay in Maldives. We only spent 2 days in Hulumale but wish if could plan more. Tasty lassi, gol gappa' tandori nan, brought us the feeling close to home. Above all our mix Pakistani style tea, refresh our all days tiredness. We recommend all especially from sub continent and Paksian must visit this place and enjoy the food which is rarely available in Maldives. We stayed in 6 islands during 17 days with family but Pakistani tasty food we found only here. The owner Mr. Tariq is very kind personality and gave us good hospitality. We wish this restaurant progress and serve clients better. Read moreBad service, food was tasteless, chicken biryani had sand in it and was not the authentic at all. Also I ordered mix platter, mutton kebabs were rubbish, mince was finely grounded which is not the correct way to cook mutton seekh kebabs, also God promise chicken was bad, it was expired and smelly, I couldn't eat at all. On front side at main road there is Bombay Darbar which 100 times better than tandoori flames. Go there if you want bad food and get sick. Will never go there again, I am from Pakistan so I know what is Buryani and what is mutton seekh kebabs very well. The worst thing is they sold expired kebabs. Whole portion will go to bin. Also the i didn't like they way they are giving yogurt sauce in packets. Overall review score is 0....
Read moreAlthough it's called Tandoori Flames, their tandoori chicken is extremely dry, devoid of any characteristic flavor and tastes like it was fried. However, judging by how tasty was the palaka, their dishes from the Gravy part of the menu must all be delicious - would come back only for gravy dishes. Tangari kebab (fried chicken legs) tastes over fried and is even more dry than tandoori chicken - would NOT recommend their tandoori dishes. Biriyani rice is delicious, naan is good, and chutney is so tasty you can drink it while eating naan. Mango lassi (without sugar) is a nice sweet polishing in the end. Would only come back for their gravy...
