Mina's — Restaurant in Valletta

I recently visited Mina's restaurant and had an exceptional dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The owner, Arnold, welcomed us with a friendly smile and made us feel right at home.

The menu had a great variety of options, and we opted for the salmon salad and Maltese salad. The flavours of the salad were incredibly fresh and delicious. The Maltese salad was equally impressive, with a unique blend of flavours that left us wanting more.

Arnold's service was top-notch, and he went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied with our meal. He was attentive, polite, and had a great sense of humour, which added to the overall dining experience.

Overall, Mina's is an outstanding restaurant that I highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious food and exceptional service. If you have to eat in Valetta, this is your place! Trully the best experience in Malta! We had a 2 course meal with a glass of an amazing white wine. We got to taste the Maltese fish soup which was amazing! We are portuguese so fish soup is naturally something we appreciate and the Maltese one was on point! We had ravioli and fresh fish as well. Everything was COOKED TO PERFECTION and on time. The owner was this really lovely person who cooked all the meals by himself and tried to please us the best he could 🤍

The restaurant is located in an amazing area between monuments and is the perfect place to have an early dinner and stay around for a glass or two.

we are 4 canadians travelling. we spent a week in bern, a week in santorini, a week in sicily and now in malta for a week. hands down this was the best meal in the 40 restaurants we have been to. my wife and i split the chicken in a truffle cream sauce with salad and roast potato, my sister had sea bass filet with salad, and her husband had the lasagne(grandma's recipe). 3 huge glasses of average house wine were included with the entrees, total 50euros. Arnold, the owner/server/chef has the biggest heart and smile and genuine appreciation for your business and his assistant was as well.
