Horrible experience at Universal Rooftop Restaurant. Waiter took along time to provide menu cards. Some of the foods came before we got drinks, which says a lot about the efficiency of this place. Waiter lost half our order, so while the half the group got their food, the other half needed to wait another 40 minutes for their food, which was two sandwiches and a noodle dish. The sandwiches were awful and not eatable at all. We couldn't finish the food we waited to long to receive. No further service, discounts or apologies, but the full bill. The girl who takes order is too careless! Firstly, They don’t pick the call, they made me wait for 1hr and 20 min, I called to ask about the order then found out my order wasn’t given yet. Even after confirmation, it took them 1hrs to serve 1 freaking dish. Food quality used to be so good but now nothing here tastes good at all, feels like waste of food that wasn’t prepared well.
