WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER – Unprofessional Staff, Clueless Manager & Pathetic Food!

I had the most disappointing experience at this so-called "restaurant." From the moment we placed our order, it was a disaster.

We ordered Paneer Manchurian, and what they served looked NOTHING like Manchurian — it resembled Paneer Chilli or some version of Paneer 65. My brother just tasted it and immediately said it was pathetic. When I called the staff to clarify, they rudely claimed “this is how we make Manchurian here” and refused to acknowledge that the dish was completely off. What’s worse — the staff started laughing with others, clearly mocking our concern. Disrespectful and completely unprofessional.

We also ordered Paneer Butter Masala and that too was absolutely below average — bland, watery, and lacking any real flavor.

When we asked for the bill, they charged us for the Manchurian that we did not even eat. At that point, I was so frustrated I didn’t even bother arguing further. We just paid and walked out, calling it a bad day with a worse dinner.

To sum it up: Worst food Zero customer service Rude, untrained staff Manager had no clue how to handle feedback.

We ate here 4 times. The fresh naan and roti were amazing. Thali sets were the most convenient dishes. Punjabi kadi was also delicious. But the Malai kofta was bad, bad consistency of gravy not mixed enough. Lack of flavor and the koftas were only 4 and not tasty. So the portion was very small, unlike in the photos. The staff was friendly, but when I complained about the malai kofta, they said that there were only photos on the walls. It is drafty and cold there, I recommend visiting only in warm weather or in a warm jacket. Toilets should be cleaner and hot...

We came to eat, there were no seats, asked the waiter if we could order food to go, he said yes, wait 20 minutes. We walked around, came back 30 minutes later, but it turned out that our masala dosa was not ready yet. We sat down at a table, they told us to wait another 5 minutes, 10 minutes passed, no food, the waiter smiled at my questions.
