from what experienced well sarduba is a breeding🤮 ground for cross contamination and food poisoning🤒 it looks cozy from the outside and promises good food. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be more concerning than enjoyable. The kitchen setup is worrying 🤢only one chopping board for everything, a single small fridge crammed with both raw meat and cooked food, and no signs of proper hygiene or temperature control. It also doesn’t seem to be registered with the local authorities, which raises serious food safety concerns. The food itself tasted far from authentic. The “broth” felt artificial more like flavored water thickened with additives and MSG than real slow-cooked stock which explains the low cost offood as boullion is not used. Even the momos and noodles seemed premade and coated in too much oil. Artificial coloring (like Red 40) and imitation ingredients make the dishes look lively but taste flat and chemical. Cross-contamination, unregulated ingredients, and lack of safety standards make this place risky to eat as i was recommended by my freinds to go there let me tell you its not...

Amazing Tibetan food with the kindest hosts! We ate here twice during our short stay in Pokhara, and chose this restaurant as our very last meal in Nepal. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, and the food is delicious - excellent quality at great prices. They have the best momos (we tried chicken dipping momos), the best buff keema noodles, the best laphing, and the best wai wai sadeko. They also recommended the buff chilly with tingmo (Tibetan steamed bread), which was excellent - one of the best meals we had during our 3 weeks in Nepal. Cannot recommend this place highly enough - a hidden gem that won’t be hidden for long! And the owners make it that much more special - we left feeling...

Best tibetan food in Pokhara served by the nicest owners! I can't recommend this place highly enough.

10/10 for service: the hosts are so kind and friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy their food. They are so happy and warm and truly make you feel like family :)

10/10 for location/vibe: The restaurant is located in a very quaint alley with a cool atmosphere.

10/10 for food/value: we ate there twice and every item was so delicious. We had their momos, laphing, buff chilly, keema noodles and they were all outstanding.

By far the best restaurant...

Hidden gem run by a sweet young Tibetan couple. We just tried our luck as it was near closing time, but they welcomed us. The husband speaks English and recommended thukpa when we asked for something light and soupy. His wife cooks everything from scratch. The food is delicious and very affordable. We sat on rattan chairs, drank Coke and slurped hot noodle soup under the cool Pokhara night. We are so touched by their kind sincerity! - Malaysian visitors
