Quality of food was a five! Tasty! Lovely atmosphere and quick. Why then a 2 star rating? "The customer is always right" does not exist with this place! There was a misunderstanding tonight with our waiter re happy hour drinks and long story short, the manager on duty, the cashier and the waiter all raised their voices at us in one go claiming we mis-ordered two extra drinks. They would not drop it even after we clearly explained the matter. After all this, the manager offered a 10% discount instead, apologising for the confusion- to the couple who had ordered the wines but then tried charging my husband and I for them! HOLD UP! They were still expecting us to pay for a mistake that wasn't ours. It was unprofessional and frankly embarrassing! All up we would've spent approx NPR 6200 on dinner yet they made the biggest scene over two glasses of "house" wine. Long story: our friends originally asked what happy hour included= cocktails buy one, get one free. Our friend decided to go for a beer and his wife asked for a glass of wine to which the waiter confused us with the whole happy hour speel again, so the husband canceled the beer and went for the wine too thinking it'll be free. After finishing the wine, the waiter bought two more out "HAPPY HOUR" - which obviously bumped the couple up to having to pay for "two", which they were happy to do, it's a good offer anyhow right! So to make it clear, the husband asked specifically for two - never said four- house wines but the waiter said you buy one get one free, so of course when the third and fourth arrived, they happily drank them). They paid for two, split the bill with us and they tried charging us for the two "supposedly free happy hour" wines. What a mess! It's principle guys! What was sad is that this couple had been several times to this restaurant with only good things to say hence taking us there too. After tonight's disappointment, we might consider trying something new when we come again in October. Note to manager: Please, have your staff study up on what "Customer Service" actually means and don't make improper scenes like that for...

Read moreBeer with free pizza was ok. Pizza had feta cheese, I was fine, my friend no like. Not everyone may prefer the taste over mozzarella.
Ordered grilled chicken - the veggies were burnt. The mashed potatoes felt it didn't have butter but ghee.
My friend ordered Pasta Sicilian, the penne wasn't even cooked, had too much cheese (again feta), and was ridiculously bland... No salt even. Informed the waiter about raw penne, he took it to chef, chef apparently reheated & mixed up the sauce and all cheese (feta), served it back, still undercooked, and with some more cheese (feta). Cancelled the order, but having walked a lot and being hungry, had to eat sommmething so ordered a banana-chocolate crepe. They wrapped a whole banana in crepe (I mean, you can chop it man!), and poured the crappiest quality chocolate. Had they melted the cheapest Dairymilk chocolate and put it as sauce it would have been way better.
When we came in some crappy music was playing, techoish. When we and an old man were the only ones left in the restaurant, they stopped the music. When after about 10 mins, some foreigners came in, they played the music again, changed the genre like a confused kid and made it into a reggae restaurant.
Their service is okay but they prioritise foreigners more than anyone else. Also they tried charge us for the pasta we had cancelled....
