So for all those who are traveling to pokhara this is a BEWARE HOTEL and maybe the other hotels as well if you do your booking via MakeMyTrip .com or Booking.com these people at the reception cancel your booking and won’t even allow you to stay even if they have a room available as they want to have their own sales from direct customers. They are fooling people who book online and at last minute either cancel and most of the times don’t even cancel the booking and people are stuck with having no hotel at their disposal...I will be sharing a pic of the manager of this hotel who cancelled my booking even before I knew and when I called him he said that I can come and pay and take the room as they have issues with online booking portals..when I reached there I told him he troubled me and why would r do such a thing and when I mentioned that I will write a review about this hotel as well as 2 other hotels who did the same thing he tore off the form and said I could leave as he won’t offer me a room... he was abusing and also tried to hit me as he was frustrated and this was the behaviour of him... the other hotel who cancelled my booking was tulsi hotel and the hotel I actually stayed also cancelled someone else’s booking in front of me when those people came to the reception.. he said pay direct else I won’t give the room.. I am not naming the hotel as I didn’t have any issue but this hotel beware!! And beware of online portals and these looters!! This lady was a decent one who was apologizing on...

Read moreThe hotel in pokhara is in a very good location walking distance to the famous and beautiful lake. You can just walk alongside the lake or walk around the street shopping to your hearts content. Lots of eating options around with very good restaurants offering varieties of cuisines. Rooms are very clean and spacious but could improve on service. When we checked in no towels were placed in the room. We were informed that they would send them across in sometime but never got any until we asked post dinner. Also requested some information regarding activities but the front desk said they will check with manager and get back but never received any information and upon checking back realised they had forgotten completely about it. Also we had other guests who were pretty loud when they came in late night but doesn’t look like anyone at the hotel reminds them about the disturbance they are causing. Maybe need to have that as part of do’s and don’t in the rooms or somewhere people can see. Breakfast wasn’t great at all very limited options and same thing repeated every day- could do better with that. Air conditioning in rooms need...
