Best Nepali thali we had in 2 months in Nepal! Ask for refill. Besides their BBQ chicken is juicy and tasty. The sauce coming along is also amazing. We went several times during our 2 weeks in Pokhara. ATTENTION TOURISTS: Missing star just because the first time we went the lady at the counter tried to rip us off when we paid, adding one more zero in one of the items. We realized it after paying and came right back asking for the invoice (made up we needed it for our company), she said there was no invoice and refused to give it to us. We asked to redo the bill and there it came up the “error”, she didn’t even blink and gave us back the excess money paid. Also the first night they charged tax and on the other nights (they already knew us), they didn’t. Anyway this never happened again, so don’t let this put you off. It is a must...

At first, we were quite impressed with their renovation — the big screen TV and the spacious setup. But then, the chaos began.

I wouldn’t even give this restaurant a single star. It’s honestly one of the worst restaurants in Pokhara. The staff here seem completely untrained or simply don’t know how to treat their customers. Customer service? -100.

Yes, the biryani was good, and I don’t blame the chef for anything. But oh my god — the long wait time for food and the sheer disrespect ruined my night. We were served curry without naan and had to ask multiple times before it finally arrived. When we complained, the owner was rude and didn’t even apologize.

I understand it was a festive season, but that’s no excuse — please be polite to your customers. We didn’t come here to eat for free. Hello!!!

This restaurant is an absolute gem!! They have the best Indian food we have ever had - including India itself!! I was not a huge Indian cuisine fan, but here, OMG, I became one!! We are not going to dine enywhere else, but here! The food is so delicious, everything we ordered was great and especially their palak paneer is truly otherwordly!!! So smooth and delicious! I am so excited and at the same time, so sad we can't spend more days here! The staff is super nice, too and the prices are a joke for what you get. Definitely a place to dine in if you are looking for delicious Indian food....
