I recently had the misfortune of visiting this establishment, and I must say, it was an utterly disappointing experience. The service was slow, which was only the beginning of our problems.

What was even more appalling was the racist comments passed by the staff. I was shocked and disgusted by their behavior, and it made our entire group feel uncomfortable and disrespected.

To add insult to injury, despite having booked a table with re-entry, the staff demanded an extra fee when we returned. It became clear that they were treating customers from different nationalities differently, which is unacceptable.

The lack of professionalism and respect displayed by the staff was staggering. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of my nationality.

I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment, and I hope that the management takes immediate action to address these issues and provide better training to their staff.

Very good crowd where you feel safe to dance and enjoy, tasty food, and the lively music sure to cheer you up. Best for family and friends. When in doubt, go to Trisara✨😀 In the center of durbarmarg , with live music and sometimes stand up comedy , this is one of the best place to hang out around city. With good foods and variety of liquors at the price best for its service and hospitality.this place is best for night times and they take your pictures and post on Facebook. A less star for there slow service on that day.

Very average. Pricey menu but food doesn’t taste as good as it costs. Thought it would be as good as Trisara in Kathmandu, but the atmosphere isn’t even a quarter of that of Kathmandu’s Trisara restaurant(s). Lack of fan and air conditioners is outright laughable. Guests were all complaining and leaving throughout the night as it was so hot and humid.

The customer service team don’t follow ‘the customer is always right’ motto. We were given a bottle of beer that had 90% foam and 10% liquid and they told us that was absolutely normal despite the beer tasting flat. They gave us a second bottle after we complained non-stop for an hour, which we assumed was to replace the faulty beer at no cost, but when the bill came they charged us for both bottles.
