In short: A nice but expensive Italian restaurant.
Positive: a nice Italian waiter Italian music was playing in the background. The interior was decorated in a decent way. They had good knives for pizza. You probably know the places where the pizza knives are so worn down, you have to get wrist surgery when done eating. It's not like this here. The pizza is definitely good but not so superb that I would remember the place for longer.
Negative: It's very pricy, to the extent that this is a really crushing downside. This might be due to the costly location close to the center of Amsterdam but this doesn't make the pizza better. There were only a few mushrooms on the pizza Funghi.
In total:
I'm tempted to give this place 4.5 stars but since this is not possible I have to go for either 4 or 5. Putting all the pieces of the puzzle together, tells me that a 4 is a bit closer to the truth than a 5. That's almost entirely due to the high prices and since value-for-money has to have an impact, my only possible choice is the 4 stars. I've simply eaten better pizza at a price of € 7.50 a piece. However, to set the record straight: You're not making a mistake when going here but you have to have...

Been to this restaurant more than once. Food is tasty and served hot but all of the wait staff are the most rudest arrogant people ever. I think they have limited speaking skills, so take food orders only according to the printed menu. Asked for gluten free pasta , one waiter said no, another more senior waiter came to the table and said ok (but had a look about him that you could tell he was lying and just wanted us to order and move on ). On an other occasion, I asked again about gluten free food choices and the waiter said we don’t have them. HUM.
Order desert after meal which the waiter confirmed but we waited and waited as it never was served. Called the waiter over and he argued with me that I didn’t order any. Table guests next to us spoke up and said they heard us place the order. Waiter made a rude comment to us and the other guest and left in a huff

The food was next-level: fresh, fluffy bread served with real garlic herb butter (SO good!), and an authentic pizza that was creamy, fresh, and full of flavor—no grease, just perfection. Topped with fresh basil and absolutely delicious.
We ended with a chocolate cake that was rich but not too sweet, served with dark chocolate sauce and whipped cream on the side. 12/10 meal!
Highly recommend—can’t wait...
