Bo's Coffee (Glorietta 5) — Restaurant in Makati

On the 22nd of November, I was lucky enough to be assisted by a cashier from this store. He was nice, and enthusiastic as he was catering to my order, but then, his co-worker named Gen (if I am not mistaken) came out of nowhere, and told the cashier to immediately leave the store while he was still taking my order. She was very persistent in pushing out the cashier out of the store, and I find it really rude, and unprofessional.

I also noticed that due to her sudden interruption, the cashier somehow lost his focus while he was taking my order, and our transaction was somehow disrupted.

I hope that such kind of behavior in your employees is not tolerated since it did disrupt the quality of service that the cashier was providing as of that moment.

I hope that your management will take a closer look to this employee's behavior as she wasn't able to display quality customer service which is not the service that I'm used to in any...

Worst place for coffee. Ordered a simple drip coffee, was told to wait 10-15 mins, I said that’s ok. After more than 15 mins, checked the counter and nobody knew where my order was.
